MS Compost Machine

Our Waste Composting Machine can efficiently mix and compost organic waste regardless of the moisture content. This fully automated composting machine is capable of reducing solid waste from food sources, marine products, agriculture resources and sewage sludge into high quality compost in just 24 to 48 hours.

The machine process utilizes compost process together with an enzyme known to accelerate the decomposing process. The biggest difference between composting and decomposing is that while composting is a natural process, decomposing is a man-made activity, which fastens the composting of organic wastes with the help of soil conditioners.

Repeated experiments have found that the end product is vermin-free, pathogen-free and weed-free. Compost Cycle Steps

• The input is first fed to a built-in shredder which reduces the waste materials size to maximize surface area available for uniform heating & contact with micro - organisms to achieve quick composting with uniform mixing.
• Developing on the principle complete composting system in a single machine.
• The air exchanges from the composting chamber ensure adequate availability of air required for Aerobic composting.
• Both Shredding & Composting take place in a machine employing thermophilic micro-organism to convert the shredded organic waste to compost.
• The Temperature required for thermophilic process (50° - 70°) is achieved by heating mechanism installed inside the machine which maintains the mass at that temperature with uniform mixing.
• Aerobic composting being exothermic reaction generates heat which further helps in removing the moisture by evaporation and renders dry, ready to use compost in a few days with uniform mixing.
• Easy to operate & Maintain as there is no manpower required for shifting of raw compost to curing system.
